We have a device on hand which allows us to quickly copy your contacts from your old phone over to your new handset. This device works with 99.9% of the handsets on the market, regardless of manufacturer or carrier. It can also usually copy pictures, music and ringtones from the more recent handsets. Verizon direct stores no longer have these devices in their stores, but we still maintain an up-to-date unit in our store, for the convenience of our customers. This can greatly ease the difficulty of switching handsets. The device works even with the newer Android OS handsets such as the Motorola Droid X and HTC Incredible, as well as all Blackberry devices, and most other smartphones.

We also have on hand a computer with software which will easily transfer most all settings from one Blackberry device to another Blackberry device, greatly easing the amount of time involved in swapping out Blackberry handsets.

We are located in The Junction in West Seattle, at the intersection of California Ave and Oregon. We are right next door to West Seattle Coin, and across the street from Chase Bank. There is extensive free 3 hour parking behind the store. You can access that lot from 42nd Ave, in between Oregon and Alaska.

Our regular hours are:

Monday and Tuesday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday: Noon to 5:00 pm

We are often closed on major holidays, such as New Years, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please call ahead on major holidays.
